This workshop is geared for Program Directors/Regional Managers and Site Coordinators who work at LAUSD Elementary ASES Sites.  The topics that will be addressed are the following:

  1. Quality Standards: What are they? Why are they important?
  2. What is CQI?
  3. Introduction and use of the Quality Self Assessment Tool
  4. Creating a SMART Goal.

  1. Enter the building from the Ardis side near the child care center
  2. Parking is complimentary
  3. Allow 15-20 minutes to find parking, check in at front desk with photo ID, and get to training room
  4. Water will be provided. Please feel free to bring coffee, breakfast and/or snacks
  5. Rooms run hot and cold, so bring jacket/sweater
  6. Wi fi available; feel free to bring laptop/tablet to take notes.
